Job Summary

This Compliance Assurance Expert role requires a high degree of autonomy and independence, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, experience in swap dealer and broker-dealer compliance control testing, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize SME knowledge in the compliance risk environment to support business activities
  • Support the design and maintenance of monitoring methodologies, standards, processes, and procedures for the Global RC Monitoring and Testing function
  • Provide risk response capability to address emerging and ad-hoc high-risk events, global thematic risk priorities, and supporting regional teams
  • Work closely with dedicated automation and analytics specialists within the function to help develop forensic testing and analyze large data sets within assurance reviews
  • Carry out thorough preparation and high-quality reviews of First Line of Defense (1LoD) controls
  • Foster close working relationships with key stakeholders, including Compliance teams, Monitoring Teams, COOs, and other senior management in the business

The estimated salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 per year, based on factors such as role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience, education, and specific work location. Our total reward package includes a competitive fixed pay offer, variable pay, and a range of benefits designed to enhance your overall compensation package.
