About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Compliance Manager to lead our global compliance product initiatives in the evolving crypto landscape. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop compliance features that meet regulatory standards while ensuring user safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Product Ownership: Drive compliance products across markets, understand jurisdiction-specific requirements, and prioritize development for user safety.
  • Experimentation and Growth: Foster a data-driven culture to mitigate risks and adapt strategies, ensuring compliance products lead industry standards.
  • Innovation Leadership: Develop new products that address market trends and customer feedback, maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Change Management: Adapt to shifts in the crypto landscape, ensuring clear communication and alignment within the organization.
  • Strategic Influence: Build relationships to integrate fraud prevention strategies with broader product objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management – could also have a business analyst background
  • Compliance Product Manager with experience building compliance feature and program
  • Crypto/FinTech background

Compensation and Benefits

  • $180,000 - $200,000 per year, discretionary bonuses, equity grants, comprehensive health plans, 401K matching, paid parental leave, and flexible time off
