Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Concentra. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients and leading our clinical team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary medical direction and coordination of professional healthcare services in a clinical setting.
  • Manage medical treatment activities of the center and coordinate activities with other centers.
  • Lead by example and create an exceptional patient experience.
  • Mentor back office staff to enhance existing competencies and develop new ones.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
  • Meet with the Regional Medical Director to discuss quality of patient care and review medical policies.
  • Assure compliance with licensure, certification, and accreditation.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Current licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the state where employed.
  • At least two or more years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting.
