Clinical Director for Residential Facility

At Liberty Bay Recovery, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services provided by Liberty Bay Recovery Center. This includes the training of all clinical staff and working closely with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with county, state, and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision for all clinical staff on clinical topics relevant to client services provided by Liberty Bay.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical operations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Quality Assurance in the development of policies and procedures relating to Liberty Bay programs.
- Evaluate clinical staff annually.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field of study.
- Experience providing clinical supervision in accordance with Maine state licensure rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of recovery, mental health, and other co-occurring disorders.
- Experience in working with addiction in a residential and/or intensive outpatient milieu.
- Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.
