Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Concentra. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing primary medical direction and coordination of professional healthcare services in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience
  • Manage medical treatment activities and coordinate with other centers
  • Mentor back office staff to enhance competencies and develop new ones
  • Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and accreditation
  • Participate in the hiring process and provide budgetary reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the state where employed
  • At least two or more years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting
