Clinical Program Manager

Spurwink is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to lead our Clinical Consultation and Support Services (CCSS) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervision to Clinical Consultants, overseeing program operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train Clinical Consultation program staff.
- Provide direct weekly supervision to Clinical Consultants.
- Assist in Critical Incident and Stress Management (CISM) within required timelines.
- Maintain currency on clinical and child welfare national best practices.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited school.
- Independently licensure in the state of Maine as an LCSW or LCPC.
- A minimum of 5 years of foster care, child welfare, and/or mental health experience.
