Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for various roles
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
  • Build and maintain a robust network of healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and metrics
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding for new hires
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills for assessing candidate qualifications
  • Proficient negotiation skills to secure top talent
  • Experience in account management and client relationship building
  • Exceptional customer service skills focused on enhancing candidate experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong leadership abilities to guide recruitment processes and teams
