Job Title: Graphic Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Specialist to join our team at EOTM - Partners Professional. As a Graphic Specialist, you will be responsible for creating professional PowerPoint and Word documents, integrating Excel charts, tables, and animations. You will also modify images using Adobe Photoshop and work with Adobe Illustrator for map modifications and logo adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

Build professional PowerPoint and Word documents, integrating Excel charts, tables, and animations.
Modify images using Adobe Photoshop (minor adjustments only).
Work with Adobe Illustrator for map modifications and logo adjustments.
Use MapInfo to create or update maps (prior experience with MapInfo preferred).
Manage company documents through our internal document creation/management system.
Collaborate with teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing graphic templates, asking questions when needed to minimize delays.

Requirements:

Microsoft Office Expertise: Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential. Must be able to create complex tables, graphs, and animated slide elements.
Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop: Intermediate skills required for minor modifications and adjustments.
MapInfo: Experience with mapping creations is a strong plus.
Prior experience working in a structured environment (such as with investment bankers) is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working within pre-established design frameworks.
