Clinical Systems Analyst

The Southwest Healthcare team is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Systems Analyst who is a LVN in the State of California. This position will be onsite at our Temecula Valley Hospital location. The pay range is $51.50, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Works closely with clinical team members, Information Services (I.S.) peers, staff and providers, providing operational guidance to gain understanding of objectives and needs, increase efficiencies and effectiveness of workflow and clinical documentation.
Provides necessary training, experience and technical support to ensure all aspects of the electronic medical record (EMR) are utilized effectively.
Analyzes, defines and applies clinical and technical knowledge to solve complex problems within the EMR and workflows. Responsible for troubleshooting problems and challenges within the EMR which may include software, hardware, and workflow issues.
Requirements:
Associate's degree from an accredited College or University in Nursing required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in Nursing preferred.
Two (2) to Three (3) years of clinical experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required, acute care experience preferred.
Current license as a Licenses Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of California. Must have valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation. Job requires travel between facilities on a daily basis.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Must have knowledge of PC and applications. Candidate must be a self-starter with initiative, ability, and drive to investigate and solve problems to support functions throughout all facilities.
Will have a strong understanding of the clinical workflow in an environment that utilizes an electronic medical record. Familiarity with computer equipment. Working knowledge of Order Management systems and Clinical Documentation (written or automated) Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills needed.
