Role of the Staff Pharmacist

As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a vital role in actualizing our mission, embodying our values, and demonstrating authentic care for our patients. In collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and guide your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while overseeing all operational aspects of the pharmacy. Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Pharmacy License in the relevant state
  • Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List
  • Immunization Certification from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
  • No pending felony charges or convictions related to controlled substances

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

Compensation

The typical pay range for this position is:

$73.00

This range represents the base hourly rate or annual salary for all roles within this job grade. Actual salary offers will vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
