Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Gas Pump Operations: Effectively operate gas pumps and registers, processing transactions efficiently and minimizing customer wait times.
  • Site Maintenance: Maintain the overall appearance of the gas site, ensuring it is clean and well-maintained, including pumps, trash receptacles, and displays.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Gas Station Manager or person in charge.
Working Relationships

You will work closely with Gas Guest Service Associates, Gas Station Managers, District Managers, and Corporate personnel and vendors to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-6 months of guest service experience preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Soft skills, such as comfort in interacting with guests and team members, high energy, ability to multitask, and team orientation, are essential.
Work Environment

This part-time and full-time position involves working a variety of hours, day and night, depending on the location. Weekend and holiday hours are required. You will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
