Position Overview:
The Construction Security Project Analyst is tasked with evaluating and identifying potential security implications of construction initiatives throughout the various stages including planning, programming, design, and execution of all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with Project Managers, the Construction Security Project Analyst will address and swiftly resolve any security-related concerns associated with facility projects.
The Construction Security Project Analyst conducts thorough assessments of project blueprints to ascertain security impacts and ensure adherence to construction regulations.
Assists in the formulation and examination of security project strategies.Supports the creation and enforcement of project security guidelines and policies.
The Construction Security Project Analyst engages in technical evaluations, quality assurance, and project oversight on building initiatives from inception through to completion.
Performs site inspections and assessments of project locations.Engages with various stakeholders including project teams and legislative bodies.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven experience in conducting technical evaluations, quality assurance, and project oversight on construction projects from inception through to completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of eight (8), ideally ten (10), years of experience in architecture or engineering.
The Construction Security Project Analyst must possess a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and maintain this clearance throughout the duration of the contract.
A Bachelor's Degree in architecture or engineering from an accredited institution.Disclaimer:
