Job Title: Construction Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Business Analyst to join our team at Dynamic Pro Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and a passion for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for project management and business operational processes associated with the modernization of rail and metro programs.
  • Work closely with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and support various project documentation, briefings, reports, and presentations.
  • Interview high-level personnel to gather project requirements and analyze findings.
  • Deliver project management tasks related to budgeting, forecasting, planning, and project status updates.
  • Assist in estimating future financial needs and reviewing budget proposals for completeness and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination.
  • Transit or construction background preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
