Your primary focus will be on training and educating Registered Nurses and Physicians on the use of infusion pump medical devices, sets, and connectors that are essential in critical care and oncology settings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nursing staff, physicians, and hospital personnel regarding medical device implementations.
  • Evaluate the specific educational needs of clients and work collaboratively with staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Utilize your clinical nursing knowledge to address inquiries and concerns related to the medical devices.
  • Provide updates, reports, and constructive feedback to clients throughout and following in-service engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
  • Active RN license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care units, with recent experience within the last 5 years.
  • Leadership experience (as a manager, educator, or preceptor) is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency with basic software applications is necessary.
  • Experience with IV pumps is preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate computer skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong professional judgment.
