This position is dedicated exclusively to education and in-servicing, with no sales responsibilities or direct patient care involved. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nursing staff, physicians, and hospital personnel regarding medical device implementations.
- Evaluate the specific educational needs of clients and work collaboratively with staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Utilize your clinical nursing knowledge to address inquiries and concerns related to the medical devices.
- Provide updates, reports, and constructive feedback to clients throughout and following in-service engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Active RN license is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care units, with recent experience within the last 5 years.
- Leadership experience (as a manager, educator, or preceptor) is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency with basic software applications is necessary.
- Experience with IV pumps is preferred but not required.
- Intermediate computer skills are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong professional judgment.
