Clinical Specialist, CRM

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Abbott. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to healthcare professionals and field sales staff, focusing on our CRM products.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building and sustaining credible relationships with customers.
- Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries, demonstrating a thorough command of all CRM products and related technical knowledge.
- Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on CRM products to healthcare professionals.
- Provide additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience required.
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience with increasing responsibility in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
- Ability to apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals.
- Comprehensive personal computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent.
