Commercial Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at First American. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong network of commercial clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to commercial clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the title and/or real estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with sales database systems or software such as Salesforce
