We are currently looking for a highly skilled Residential Repair Coordinator to join our team at D.R. Horton, Inc. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of residential repair and maintenance, including scheduling appointments and managing repair personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential repair and maintenance, as well as experience working with customers to resolve issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

This is a full-time position that requires regular travel to various job sites. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
