Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit various reports and presentations for meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between executives, attorneys, and owner.
  • Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, including creating agendas, taking notes, ordering food, and following up on action items.
  • Manage expense reports for the executive team.
  • Oversee mail, voicemails, and other correspondence to ensure the executive is receiving important information in a timely fashion.
