Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Banquet House Person at Dimension Hospitality. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for setting up and coordinating meetings, meal functions, and audio-visual equipment to ensure seamless events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up all meeting and meal function rooms in accordance with company and hotel specifications, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
- Facilitate all customer requests in a timely and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist with meal service and breakdown, including getting banquet guest checks signed and turned into the front office for proper posting.
- Follow all energy conservation guidelines and safety procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including carrying out specific oral or written instructions and following a simple routine.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and take initiative is essential
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, requiring the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, lift and carry items, and use hands and fingers skillfully and easily.
Compensation:
$11.50 per hour
