About the Role:

The Business Development team at Safety National is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Southeast territory team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with production sources to drive growth and sourcing and servicing key accounts in the southeast territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and pursuing new business within your assigned territory
  • Overseeing a renewal book of business
  • Developing and executing complex business strategies in support of your territory's goals

Requirements:

  • Proven success in commercial insurance distribution
  • Polished professional communication skills
  • Intimate knowledge of the commercial insurance brokers' network
  • Prior experience with an enterprise level Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or other sales support software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years or more years of experience in commercial insurance or other related industry
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $111,000 to $179,000
  • Incentive award bonuses, an annual holiday bonus, and profit-sharing contributions
