About the Role

Onset Financial, a leading provider of equipment finance solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Credit and Documentation, to ensure seamless transaction execution and meet sales goals.
  • Prospect new customers, track progress on leads, and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and effort metrics, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or five years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.
  • Two years of experience in sales, with a focus on identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
