Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Townsquare Media. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales management experience in a media or advertising industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing solutions and track record of success in selling digital solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
