Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking shelves.
  • Merchandise Presentation: Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained, including expediting newly received merchandise and merchandising items according to company standards.
  • Loss Prevention: Understand and follow loss prevention policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting any potential security risks.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills to perform tasks such as handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store as needed.
