We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Regional Manager to lead our Southern Colorado region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and overseeing the performance of our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and develop and execute business development strategies.
- Regional Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Southern Colorado region, including managing budgets, resources, and personnel.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of construction professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met through effective communication, project management, and quality control.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in preconstruction and/or project management or field superintendent-related work experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent education and training.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and experience with business development and strategic planning.
