Position Overview

We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to participate in our Fast Track Partner program. This initiative is designed for leadership-oriented candidates who aspire to become a Partner within our General Office. As part of the Fast Track Management Program, you will begin your journey as a financial professional, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Upon fulfilling the program's requirements, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role as an Associate Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance your managerial skills through our rigorous six-month Associate Partner Training Program.
  • Complete the necessary program criteria to advance to the management team as an Associate Partner.
  • Recruit and mentor your own team of financial professionals.
  • Utilize a diverse range of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds, to provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Gain practical experience as a financial professional, assisting clients in developing long-term strategies to achieve their financial aspirations.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated and goal-oriented individuals with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
  • Multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior sales experience is beneficial.

Managerial Requirements:

  • Life and Health License is mandatory.
  • Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses are required.
  • Experience managing a team is essential.
  • A college degree is required.
