As a key member of our sales team, you will:
• Develop and execute strategic account or territory plans aimed at maximizing growth opportunities across a diverse product portfolio while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and qualify potential leads, foster relationships with key decision-makers, comprehend customer requirements, deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to address those needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including channel, marketing, product, and customer success, to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts with clients.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and account planning to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Travel as necessary to meet clients and participate in industry events.
Qualifications:
Your Background
• 8+ years of experience in quota-carrying roles within Enterprise Software Sales.
• Proven track record of expanding enterprise accounts and implementing strategies that yield positive outcomes.
• Experience in engaging and building relationships with C-level executives.
• Ability to create alignment and coordinate internal account teams effectively.
• Demonstrated success in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities.
• Extensive experience using CRM systems to track and correlate key performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop and lead territory and strategic account plans.
• Experience in leading or coordinating account teams to achieve successful customer outcomes.
• Proactive in engaging customers with a consultative, solution-oriented approach to uncover new opportunities.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Contributes positively to team culture and dynamics.
• Possesses a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and build networks with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
