Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a committed and proficient Facilities Operations Manager to enhance our team.

The Facilities Operations Manager will be instrumental in guaranteeing the smooth functioning and upkeep of our facilities, while supporting various departments and stakeholders within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify any mechanical or safety issues.
  • Assist in space planning, vendor management, and contract oversight.
  • Monitor equipment performance and manage maintenance budgets, work orders, and service requests.
  • Oversee renovation projects and the construction of new facilities, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, preparing project scopes and design plans.
  • Ensure that daily operations remain uninterrupted during renovation processes.
  • Manage contracts for ongoing services such as maintenance, landscaping, and security, addressing any disputes as necessary.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on corporate properties within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests.
  • Supervise general maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and minor repairs.
  • Maintain an updated database of vendor contacts across various trades and services.
  • Provide consistent communication and updates regarding assigned projects and work tickets.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Proven experience in managing renovation and construction projects of varying sizes.
  • Familiarity with general maintenance practices and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong organizational, diagnostic, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to deliver reliable and courteous service to clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency in task completion.
  • Capability to supervise and coordinate with vendors and tradespeople.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in team management.
  • 1-5 years of experience in project management.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively.

Frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of equipment and materials may be necessary, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
