As a Client Implementation Specialist, you will nurture the ADP relationship post-sale and facilitate the initial engagement between clients and ADP's top-tier payroll and HR solutions.

You will cultivate relationships with clients and effectively implement ADP's technologies to ensure their long-term success.

Once ADP services are in place, your contributions will significantly influence the daily operations of your clients' workforce.

Your day will involve ensuring clients feel confident using ADP's products and services.

Every day, you will collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and processes, guiding them towards the optimal solutions tailored to their unique requirements.

Each day will present new challenges as the clients you engage with span various industries and locations, necessitating distinct solutions to meet their specific demands.

This variety will keep your work engaging, and our highly regarded training will equip you for success.
To excel in this role, you must be comfortable in a consultative setting. You are eager to learn and adapt to change with ease. Your ability to build rapport, establish trust, and demonstrate professionalism will shine through in your interactions with clients.

What to expect on a typical day:
Client Onboarding:
You'll craft an outstanding onboarding experience for each client, helping them develop the skills and confidence to utilize our products effortlessly through your expertise and relationship-building. Additionally, you will ensure clients participate in training and provide further instruction as necessary.
Implementing ADP Technologies:
You will consult with clients to assess their business requirements and translate them into design/configuration. You will integrate new processes, tools, and methodologies when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
Internal Collaboration:

You will work alongside ADP associates in sales and service, closely coordinating with members of the client project team to address priorities, timelines, and emerging issues.

Multi-Tasking & Communication:
You will manage multiple time-sensitive projects and follow-up tasks simultaneously, sharing vital information with clients and your ADP team.
Project Planning & Coordination:
You will create and maintain all elements of a project plan, manage milestones, and identify and mitigate risks.
Backlog Management:
You will demonstrate a strong understanding of backlog management with a focus on forecast accuracy.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a client service/customer service or client onboarding role.
- Basic project management skills.
- Excellent consulting abilities with a keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory; what matters most is having the skills to excel in the role.

Other acceptable experiences may include:
- Relevant experience as mentioned above OR

Military experience where skills such as teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will assist you in building team and client relationships, identifying solutions, and achieving success.
