The Role:

The Client Relations Specialist will report directly to the General Manager. Specialists are expected to exemplify excellence for all other personnel throughout the venue. Additionally, it is essential to possess comprehensive knowledge about the venue and its offerings to assist all guests effectively.

Responsibilities:

The Client Relations Specialist will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and collaborate with other Customer Service Specialists, as well as department managers from Concessions, Merchandise, and Premium Services. Specialists are expected to set a standard of excellence for all other staff throughout the venue. Moreover, it is crucial to have an in-depth understanding of the venue and services to assist guests proficiently.

  • Support the General Manager with employee interactions, including customer service activities, distributing prizes, and various other customer service-related tasks.
  • Conduct surveys with on-site guests during events to gather real-time feedback on their experiences.
  • Complete the required number of surveys.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Enhance both employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate check-in/check-out procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Must be customer-oriented with the ability to engage with all levels of management.
  • Highly motivated with a positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment while also working independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work during all events, including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Capability to walk for 7 to 8 hours and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.

Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and regulations, and complete company-wide safety training along with any additional job-specific safety training.
