KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Direct daily team operations to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards and aligning with overall objectives.
2. Enhance understanding and execution of strategic goals across Business Units.
3. Supervise adherence to standardized process workflows by the team.
4. Act as a consultant and business partner to various departments within ADP.
5. Mentor and train team members, identifying development needs and coordinating additional training with the director.
6. Monitor productivity and performance metrics to ensure targets are met, particularly during peak periods.
7. Serve as an interim leader in the Director's absence, providing guidance and support to team members.
8. Manage escalated issues and offer direction.
9. Collaborate with peers to establish and share best practices.
10. Analyze team performance data and prepare reports for the Director.
11. Conduct performance evaluations and assist in developing Individual Development Plans.
12. Implement corrective action and performance improvement strategies.
13. Participate in hiring and termination processes in collaboration with Human Resources.
14. May involve budgetary oversight.
15. May include management of Workforce Management tasks such as scheduling and succession planning.
16. Engage in task forces, strategic initiatives, and collaborative opportunities with other business units.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
- An MBA or advanced degree
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment focused on achieving results
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all management levels
- Skills to assess team performance and provide motivational support
- Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to identify procedural issues and escalate appropriately
- Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in modern web technologies and various operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CPP or FPC certification
- In-depth knowledge of ADP HR, Payroll, and Benefits policies and procedures
- Prior leadership training experience
