Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the strategic view of the client and their relationship within Datascan Technologies, LLC.
This role involves communicating with clients and internal management on a daily basis to initiate measures to resolve clients' requests. You will coordinate with various departments, including technical operations, product, accounting, legal, client success, and business development, to facilitate solutions that support both Datascan's and our clients' goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their short-term and long-term needs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate big issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of client requests.
- Manage multiple client relationships and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Work closely with the Client Relations Manager to develop the bandwidth to cover more clients effectively and independently.
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills preferred: Microsoft Office Suite.
- Three years of relevant experience in client relations/sales, auto finance, floorplan finance, or banking.
