Manufacturing Engineer Position

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of metal products, serving a stable customer base across various industries. They are currently undergoing rapid growth due to increased demand from their customers in the aerospace & defense sector.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include analyzing and enhancing current manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency, leading projects for new products and technologies, managing costs and vendor relationships, engaging in fixture and tool design, documenting continuous improvement initiatives, meeting performance metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity, addressing challenges with strong problem-solving skills, gathering and analyzing factory data, developing financial justifications for equipment and process changes, and fostering relationships with customers and vendors.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role, proficiency in manufacturing processes and related technical applications, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, effective communication and teamwork abilities, and a strong practical understanding of LEAN/Continuous Improvement.
