Manufacturing Engineer

The TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks a well-rounded Manufacturing Engineer to join a world-class manufacturer on pace for a highly productive 2025. This profitable, international company thrives by designing and manufacturing engineered-to-order solutions for customers in highly regulated industries.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging design and production, driving innovation and efficiency to ensure seamless integration of new designs into production while optimizing processes for existing operations. Key responsibilities include creating bills of materials, developing manufacturing instructions and processes, designing tooling and fixtures, and managing production improvements. You will also oversee equipment upgrades, machine validation, and production readiness assessments while mentoring junior engineers and recommending new manufacturing methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a QMS-controlled environment (ISO 9001).
- Expertise in 3D/2D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks).
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and polymeric materials.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles.
