Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer from the metalworking industry to contribute to our team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Continuous improvement and cost reduction activities
2. Participation in ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 activities, such as PFMEA and APQP incentives
3. Collaboration with Tooling/Maintenance to develop better systems of control
4. Development, analysis, and implementation of continuous improvement ideas to meet customer requirements and maintain profitability
5. Capital equipment and tooling for internal manufacturing systems
6. Process development for robust product introductions
7. Process improvement to challenge typical ways of engineering
8. Creating best practices for center of excellence operations

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. An Engineering Degree
2. Experience in Robotics/Automation
3. Knowledge of Stamping or Assembly of Structural Steel Parts
4. 5+ years of relevant experience within a metal fabrication and assembly operation for Automotive, Truck, Large appliances, Custom Fabricated Equipment for manufacturing or similar manufacturing
5. Process development and Process Improvement Experience
