About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation and Automation Expert to lead our site automation initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating digital transformation projects, automation upgrades, and process visualization systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment. They will also have a deep understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and server/client systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans to ensure reliability, sustainability, and security of electrical distribution infrastructure using CMMS
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify improvements and develop a disaster recovery plan for critical equipment
  • Provide technical support for maintenance teams during assigned shifts and on-call support off-shifts as required
  • Manage and maintain updated electrical and control documentation and resources
  • Lead and be accountable for establishing a strong governance framework to review, control operational performance, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, or 10 years of industrial automation background with 5 years of automation management experience
  • Experience in CPG manufacturing, proficiency in analyzing problems based on data, and troubleshooting skills
  • PLC's Allen-Bradley all families, VFDs Allen-Bradley, HMI's Allen-Bradley, industrial communication networks; Ethernet, DH+, RIO & ControlNet, and understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, function effectively in a highly demanding environment, and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
