Memory Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Manager to join our team at The Ackerly at Timberland. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for the overall look, feel, and performance of our Memory Care program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current resident health records in accordance with company standards, state licensing requirements, and Eldermark training.
  • Assist residents and/or families with identifying and coordinating community resources to support resident needs.
  • Advocate for Memory Care program residents and develop creative, person-centered interventions and approaches to care.
  • Hire, orient, and manage Memory Care staff.
Requirements:
  • One year of progressive management experience required.
  • A minimum of two years' experience relevant to memory care required.
  • Experience in senior living setting preferred.
