Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our vibrant team, someone who can inspire confidence in both internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate across various departments to ensure optimal outcomes. Your role will involve effectively communicating ideas and information through presentations, as well as written and verbal formats. You will proactively identify potential issues before they escalate into significant challenges. Additionally, you will contribute innovative and strategic solutions to address problems and adapt to evolving processes while challenging conventional thinking. This position reports to the Client Success Manager and offers remote work flexibility.

Required Experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in data interpretation and presenting professional content to clients and colleagues
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Smartsheets
  • Preferred knowledge of human capital management systems and HR/Payroll/Tax-related products
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to our expanding client base, focusing on one-touch resolution
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with product, management, and team members to implement improvements
  • Monitor client deliverables, including tax documentation and system modifications
  • Act as a subject matter expert for EES Tax Withholding services
