Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources to facilitate successful order fulfillment from receipt to customer delivery
  • Represent customers for assigned accounts throughout the organization
  • Coordinate return authorizations with customers
  • Administer sales and marketing programs, pricing, and distribution policies
  • Monitor inventory requirements against customer demand and provide notifications for late shipments or short shipments
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims and complaints, maintaining documentation trails
  • Manage and resolve customer deductions, maintaining documentation for finance
  • Create and update customer address book records and establish new customer profiles
  • Support sales through account management, customer visits, and accounts receivable
  • Provide sales support, including customer correspondence, open order reporting, inventory reporting, and customer call backs
  • Coordinate monthly performance measurements for key accounts
  • Participate in developing customer and department-specific process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of complex customer service experience required
  • Superior experience with SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Excellent decision-making and priority setting skills
  • Superior organizational ability and flexibility
  • Strong customer orientation and participation in team culture
  • Experience with quality-based management programs
  • Manufacturing background preferred
