Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst II plays a crucial role within the Vaco Technology Solutions Product Management ERP team. This position involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gain insights into business operations and requirements for ERP system implementations. The analyst will also oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and management of ERP software, guiding the testing and deployment phases of ERP/Application projects while working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Usability Design: Translate business requirements into user-friendly solutions.
- Incorporate usability and UI efficiencies into solutions.

- Ensure end-to-end service performance from the user's perspective.
Functional Design: Convert business requirements into functional designs.
- Understand and create functional design specifications.
- Bridge the gap between business and technical perspectives.

- Ensure traceability of business requirements to functional specifications.
Standards Compliance: Create solutions that adhere to Vaco standards.
- Utilize information and technology standards in solution design.

Testing and Validation: Manage the traceability of business requirements through testing.
- Ensure all requirements are met through thorough testing.
- Develop effective use cases for testing solutions.
- Document validation results and develop reusable test cases.
User Acceptance Testing: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure acceptance of solutions.
- Build and coordinate user acceptance test cases.
- Train end-users on business solutions.

Business Relationship Management: Engage with business sponsors to achieve targeted outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
- 5+ years of experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in SQL preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
