Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life and Health Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team at Globe Life's Family Heritage Division – Mirabal Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales statistics to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Business Forecasting: Regularly track results and trends to inform future business decisions and drive growth.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports on both team and individual performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Innovative Sales Strategies: Develop and execute cutting-edge sales initiatives to elevate our market presence and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.

  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage client relationships effectively and drive sales growth.
