Salesforce Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team at the American Red Cross. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms to help us advance our mission of providing Humanitarian Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide thought leadership in applying technology to transform our service delivery.
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Develop and implement customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and governance within the Salesforce environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
- Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integration patterns.
- Salesforce Application Architect or similar advanced certifications (e.g., System Architect, Technical Architect) REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering complex Salesforce projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A competitive salary range of $150K - $170K.
