Job Description:
The Senior Lease Administration Specialist is responsible for comprehensive deal management activities related to lease transactions. This role includes prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality assurance, maintaining documentation, and overseeing funding and booking activities.

Collaboration is key, as this position works closely with various internal departments, including operations, asset management, credit, accounts payable, and tax, to ensure that lease origination commitments are met.

Regular updates are provided to Lease Operations leadership and other internal departments. The specialist also assists supervisors with mentoring, process documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Functions:

  • Focuses on portfolio management and servicing activities throughout the lease lifecycle, performing due diligence in accordance with Farm Credit Leasing (FCL) policies and authority limits.
  • Completes various tasks to fulfill internal, partner, and customer commitments, as well as meet quality goals and service level agreements (SLAs) for the department.
  • Provides support for team members to ensure workload balance.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert in multiple functional areas, promoting transparency and continuous improvement by identifying issues and risks, analyzing root causes, and effectively communicating and escalating matters to management.
  • Leads departmental projects, defining business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and managing change to ensure successful implementation of changes within the team.
  • Assists management with leadership, training, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conducts quality assurance functions, collaborating with the team to maintain high-quality standards and mentoring on quality improvement opportunities.
  • Engages actively with the team to fulfill partner and customer commitments and resolve issues.
  • Leads or participates in relationship status calls and on-site visits to assigned accounts to strengthen relationships and enhance service delivery.
  • Serves as a positive role model, encouraging the development of others.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required.

Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the leasing industry, is required.

Physical Exertion Details:


This role is primarily sedentary, requiring the exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing.

Travel Requirement Details:
Occasional travel may occur infrequently, typically once a month or less.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $63,630.87 and $80,000. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.

This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on organizational and individual performance.
