Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Specialist to join our team at Best Buy. As a Senior Project Specialist, you will be responsible for translating design directives and merchant strategy into site-specific solutions to provide best value for the overall project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements for development of floor plans, technical details, and unique code and/or lease requirements.
  • Work closely with Architectural Planning Managers to create creative and consistent solutions necessary to meet any unique needs of the project.
  • Integrate and support the goal of "team" spirit throughout the Store Experience Design Department.
  • Develop and deploy design elements/materials while working with cross-functional groups.
  • Build and develop drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years of design, planning, architectural, engineering leadership, deploying design and/or production of design elements/materials while working with cross-functional groups.
  • Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 3 or more years of retail experience, working with cross-functional store leadership and delivering solutions to improve/fuel overall customer experience, customer retention, and customer growth.
