Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and other staff members. Your primary focus will be on managing personnel actions, including disciplinary actions, employee counseling, and mentoring. You will also analyze proposed programs, policies, and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and assist in developing new ones.

About This Role:
As the Business Services Administrator, you will serve as the Human Resources Liaison/Office Manager for the Department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating all personnel actions, recruiting staff, and processing payroll using an automated system. You will also oversee payroll functions, manage employee evaluations, and ensure compliance with FOIA requests.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all personnel actions to completion
* Serve as the Human Resources Liaison/Office Manager for the Department
* Analyze the effectiveness of proposed programs, policies, and procedures
* Assist in the development of policies and procedures
