We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Revenue and Growth Product team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through direct-to-consumer subscription products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop a clear, prioritized product roadmap that aligns with user needs and company goals.
  2. Feature Development: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure the successful launch of new features and functionality that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  3. Product Discovery and Experimentation: Support product discovery and experimentation initiatives, guiding the A/B and multivariate testing roadmap and aligning cross-functional teams on experimentation goals.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform product strategies, developing a deep understanding of user behavior and pain points.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Partner with data and analytics teams to define, report on, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer growth, engagement, and monetization.
  6. Communication: Effectively communicate product roadmap, rationale for product decisions, and progress on product initiatives with stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience in product management at consumer-focused companies, with a preference for candidates with direct-to-consumer subscription experience.
  2. Extensive experience with product management best practices, including techniques for identifying customer needs, hypothesis-driven roadmaps, prototyping, AB testing, and user-centered design.
  3. Experience with the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and product discovery to launch and product optimization.
  4. Experience using data and user research to inform product strategies.
  5. Track record of working closely with diverse stakeholders to implement complex initiatives.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
