We're growing rapidly, and so are the challenges we face in supporting our customers and expanding market. Your expertise is crucial in scaling our state-of-the-art AI capabilities into winning experiences for our merchants and users, working closely with our Chief Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a growth plan to rapidly scale Spiffy's user base and revenue, focusing on high-impact opportunities.
  2. Lead experiments from start to finish, collaborating with engineers, designers, and marketing and sales teams to quickly test, iterate, and scale successful initiatives.
  3. Analyze key metrics—acquisition, retention, and revenue—to guide decisions and drive continuous growth.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders updated on growth goals, progress, and results.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced growth leader with 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on driving growth initiatives. A proven track record of scaling products, improving key metrics, and leading cross-functional teams is essential. Experience in AI or machine learning products is a plus, and an eCommerce and consumer products background is preferred.

You should be passionate about understanding user needs and creating products that provide exceptional user experiences. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to measure product success and drive growth decisions are also required.
