About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Listing Agent to join our team at KW Pueblo. As a Listing Agent, you will play a critical role in driving our continued success by providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Conversion

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation efforts, with a focus on converting pre-qualified leads into scheduled listing appointments.

Market Analysis and Pricing

Perform thorough market analysis to ensure accurately priced property listings, taking into account current market trends and conditions.

Client Service and Support

Provide assistance to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring a smooth closing experience and exceeding client expectations.

Marketing and Staging

Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly, utilizing a range of marketing strategies and techniques.

Team Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve strategic goals, adhering to the team's plan for cohesive operation and embracing a collaborative approach as a team player.

Requirements
  • Real Estate License

Possession of an active real estate license is mandatory, with prior sales experience beneficial but not mandatory.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to schedule and finalize appointments via telephone and maintain secure and organized client information using real estate CRM systems.

Market Knowledge and Research

Capable of performing thorough market research and demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of the real estate sector, with a focus on staying up-to-date with current market trends and conditions.
