Overview:
As a Property Manager, you will oversee the management of properties on behalf of owners or a property management firm, executing various responsibilities either directly or through team members.

  • Manage revenue collection and accounts receivable processes.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of budgets.
  • Analyze monthly financial reports and develop strategies for improving receivables.
  • Administer lease agreements and promote available units.
  • Maintain comprehensive property files and documentation.
  • Solicit bids for property enhancements.
  • Oversee property services and maintenance operations.
  • Manage capital expenditure projects.
  • Handle tenant relations and address repair requests.

Education and Experience:
  • Preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Two years of experience in property management.

  • Certifications such as CSM, CPM, or RPA are beneficial.
