- Build and sustain relationships with tenants, ensuring visibility, professionalism, and trust.
- Oversee all daily operations of the property.

- Stay informed about laws and regulations affecting property management and tenant rights.
- Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor.
- Manage revenue collection and accounts receivable processes.
- Direct property operations, including maintenance, marketing strategies, and security measures.
- Assist in the preparation and review of budgets.
- Analyze monthly financial reports and develop strategies for improving receivables.
- Administer lease agreements and promote available units.
- Maintain comprehensive property files and documentation.
- Solicit bids for property enhancements.
- Oversee property services and maintenance operations.
- Manage capital expenditure projects.
- Handle tenant relations and address repair requests.
- Responsible for recruiting and training personnel.
