Account Executive

Craftsmen Industries is a leading manufacturer of custom specialty trailers and vehicles, as well as large format printed elements for experiential marketing and industrial solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive sales growth for our medium and large corporate clients.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for strategically planning, developing, and executing account growth for multiple accounts in different sales verticals. You will work collaboratively with our team to identify new business opportunities, optimize qualifying opportunities, and close new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a six to twelve-month sales plan to ensure key performance indicators are met on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage and build upon relationships with existing accounts to create continual growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Qualify opportunities and close new business, utilizing excellent listening and questioning skills to achieve sales success.
- Work in a team atmosphere to produce high-quality quotes, requests, estimates, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Read, review, and negotiate commercial terms to eliminate risk for the company.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- College degree or equivalent work experience/education.
- Experience with blueprints and technical details.
- Ability to manage and work out of our CRM system to track sales activity and manage your sales pipeline.
- Solid sales experience working with key decision-makers in medium and large corporations.
- High energy, excellent listening and questioning skills, and a strong motivation to achieve sales success.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prospect and create something from nothing.
- Competence to manage time on short, medium, and long-term time horizons.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in graphic sales.
- Sales experience with target account and/or consultative selling, design-build, industrial equipment/capital equipment/industrial process system and/or safety equipment sales, ground support systems.
- Experience with marketing, advertising, fabrication, trade shows, displays, kiosks, graphics.
Physical Skills:
- Sitting, standing, and walking in office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to bend, lift, and position self to move about the office, as needed.
- Required use of fingers and hands to operate a computer.
- Vision abilities required by this position include close and/or color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
