Aerospace Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive - Aerospace or Defense Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business plan to target top-tier Department of Defense Contractors and Federal Government.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier Defense Contractors, Aerospace Industry, and Federal Government
Create strategic target account plans to navigate large organizations and identify resources needed to drive growth
Generate $5M dollars of revenue in the first 12-18 months of employment and an additional $5M dollars of revenue in the second 12 months of employment
Follow a sales process while being able to qualify opportunities and adapt/pivot as project changes
Work in a team atmosphere to produce high-quality proposals and sales agreements
Requirements:
High School diploma and at least 5 years of experience selling in defense, aerospace, or state/federal government contracts
At least 3-5 years of experience navigating large organization fulfillment processes
Experience in multi-year contracts, financial intelligence, customer procurement portals, and proposal writing
Excellent listening and questioning skills, highly motivated to achieve sales success, and reach agreed-upon goals
